  3. Week 3Build a Scope 1, 2 and 3 inventory with a dashboard that survives a verifier.
  4. Week 4Draft BRSR, CBAM and ISSB disclosures with a complete evidence trail.
  5. Week 5Screen your sites for physical and transition risk, and write the board brief.
  6. Week 6Present a full assessment of your own organisation to the cohort.
