Every teaching week ends with a timed manual build. The lab week rebuilds exactly the same work in a grounded AI workspace — Claude Code is our harness; the method transfers to any — and the room catches the invented factor together. Here is where the line falls.

Teaching weeks teach the standard the way it has always been taught — and end with a timed manual exercise. Lab weeks rebuild exactly the same work with Claude, and you present what you built. Everything runs on one fictional company, Meridian Textiles, so the number you calculate in Week 2 is the number you disclose in Week 4 and evidence in Week 6.

AI faculty lead · teaches the lab weeks
Head of AI, building production systems on messy operational data — not demos. Published at ICML and AAAI. In the labs you rebuild the same inventory in Claude; he marks whether you caught the invented factor, not whether the prose looked fluent. On the floor through every Sunday lab for 1:1.
What you leave with
Pass the three assessed builds and the capstone and we issue a dated certificate with a unique ID, signed by your instructor. Anyone — a recruiter, a client, your CSR team — can check it against our register.

Both faculty read every application. We are looking for one thing: that you do this reporting work now and have a deadline the six weeks can serve. It is calibration, not gatekeeping — there is no test, and "I have not done this before" about the AI half is a perfectly good answer. You hear either way within five working days.
Two three-hour live sessions a week plus roughly two hours between them. Six weeks. Missing a teaching week is recoverable from the recording; missing its lab week is not.
The three Sunday labs in Weeks 2, 4 and 6 are assessed, not recorded, and cannot be made up. If you can't commit to them, say so in your application and we'll point you at Cohort 2 — better that than a seat you can't use.
Working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with corporate sustainability terminology. No coding. No prior AI experience — the setup clinic before Week 2 gets everyone's account and workspace working.
A laptop, Google Meet, Excel or Sheets, and a paid Claude account from Week 2 onward (about ₹2,000/month). We tell you exactly which plan before the setup clinic.
Yes, and we'd rather you did — redacted is fine. If confidentiality rules that out entirely, you work on the Meridian case for every exercise. We agree this at offer stage so nothing surprises you in Week 2.
$900 — fees are set by region, so those are the figures that apply to you. Cohort 2 will cost more. You pay only after you are offered a place, against an invoice your employer can reimburse. Fees are non-refundable; see terms.
