Terms of enrolment

Last updated 7 October 2026. These terms cover the two courses run by Cognivara Knowledge and Impact Private Limited ("ClimateFluent", "we"): Applied Sustainability Reporting with Claude (the "November cohort") and ISO 14064 GHG Accounting Lead Verifier (the "ISO 14064 course"). Where a clause names one course, it applies to that course only.

Use of climatefluent.com is governed by our privacy policy, which describes the analytics on the public site and how applicant and participant data is handled. The evidence workspace and the ClimateFluent plugin for Claude and ChatGPT are governed by sections 8 and 9 of the privacy policy and, for paid engagements, by the scope we agree with you in writing.

1. The courses

• November cohort. Applied Sustainability Reporting with Claude starts on Thursday 12 November 2026. It is a six-week live programme of twelve three-hour sessions delivered over Google Meet, with take-home tasks, three assessed builds and a capstone. Dates, session times and the week-by-week curriculum are published on this site and may be adjusted with notice.
• ISO 14064 course. ISO 14064 GHG Accounting Lead Verifier runs as live online evening classes, 6:30–9:30 pm IST. The October 2026 cohort ran from 21 to 29 October 2026; Batch 2 runs in December 2026, with exact dates sent with your payment link. It covers ISO 14064-1, ISO 14064-2, ISO 14064-3 and ISO 14066 and is taught by ClimateFluent with our partner certification body, BSCIC Certifications Pvt. Ltd. The session schedule is sent with your payment link and may be adjusted with notice.

2. Selection and seats

• November cohort. Places are offered after a written application, read by both mentors. A place is confirmed only when we send a written offer and the fee is paid. We may decline or defer any application; we will say why.
• ISO 14064 course. You ask for a seat on the course page; we reply with the session schedule and a payment link. Your seat is confirmed when the fee is paid.

3. Fees

• Current offer. A 20% discount applies to every course fee listed below, for new applications, until we announce otherwise. It does not combine with a referral discount: the larger of the two applies. The fee quoted when you apply or ask for a seat is the fee you pay.
• November cohort. Fees are set by region. The list fee is India ₹40,000 + GST; high-income countries $900; everywhere else $450. With the current 20% offer: ₹32,000 + GST, $720 and $360. We will tell you which applies before you are asked to pay. The region shown on the site is indicative; the invoice reflects where you and your employer actually are. A small number of need-based places are available: apply and tell us what proportion of the fee you would need. Seats are counted in the order fees are received after an offer. Later cohorts will be priced separately.
• ISO 14064 course. The October 2026 cohort fee was ₹25,000 + GST in India and $600 outside India. The Batch 2 (December 2026) list fee is set by region: ₹30,000 + GST in India; $900 in high-income countries; $450 everywhere else, using the same country groups as the November cohort. With the current 20% offer: ₹24,000 + GST, $720 and $360. The fee quoted when you ask for a seat is the fee you pay.
• Fees are payable in full before the first session, against a GST invoice issued to you or your employer.

4. Refunds and deferrals

For the November cohort:

• Fees are non-refundable. Seats are limited and are held for you from the moment you pay.
• Exceptional circumstances (for example serious illness or bereavement) will be reviewed on request. Write to hello@climatefluent.com before the end of Week 2 with the details; any refund is at our discretion.
• Deferral: if you cannot attend after paying, you may ask once to move your seat to the next cohort at no extra charge, subject to availability, provided you ask before Week 2 begins.
• If we cancel a cohort, you receive a full refund or a seat in the next cohort — your choice.

For the ISO 14064 course, refunds, deferrals and cancellations are as stated in your offer or invoice.

5. Attendance and recordings

• November cohort: teaching sessions are recorded and made available to enrolled participants within 24 hours. The Sunday labs in Weeks 2, 4 and 6 are assessed live, are not recorded and cannot be made up.
• Recordings and materials of either course are for your personal use during and after the course. Recordings are watermarked with your name and email. Sharing, redistributing or publishing them is not permitted.

6. Your work and confidentiality

• You keep ownership of the work you submit. We may use anonymised excerpts to teach future cohorts unless you tell us not to.
• Do not upload confidential company data to any AI tool or to us without your employer's permission. The November cohort provides a fictional case company for exactly this reason.

7. Certificates

• November cohort. A certificate is issued on a 60% aggregate mark and a submitted capstone. It carries a public verification page. We may revoke a certificate for plagiarism or misrepresentation.
• ISO 14064 course. The GHG Accounting Lead Verifier certificate, recognised by Exemplar Global, is issued by BSCIC Certifications Pvt. Ltd. to participants who pass its assessment and examination, subject to BSCIC's certification process. BSCIC decides whether a certificate is awarded; ClimateFluent does not issue it.

8. Conduct

We may remove a participant who is disruptive, abusive or in breach of these terms, without refund.

9. Liability and law

Both courses are educational. They are not legal, assurance or regulatory advice, and you remain responsible for what your organisation reports. Our liability is limited to the fee you paid. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

11. Trade marks

EcoVadis is a trade mark of EcoVadis SAS. ClimateFluent is independent of EcoVadis and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or accredited by it. We prepare evidence for a company's EcoVadis assessment; EcoVadis carries out the assessment and the rating. CBAM, GRI, ISO 14064 and the GHG Protocol are named only to describe what our courses and checks cover. Exemplar Global is named to describe the recognition of the certificate BSCIC issues.
