How to ask your employer to pay

1. The programme in brief
Three deliverables, built on your company's redacted data or the fictional Demo Co. case: a GHG inventory with a calculation trail, a report section to the GRI Standards, and an EcoVadis evidence pack.

3. What your manager will ask
How much time does it take?
Two three-hour live sessions a week, plus about two hours of take-home. That is roughly eight hours a week for six weeks. The Sunday labs in Weeks 2, 4 and 6 are assessed live and cannot be made up.
What does the company get?
Three documents: a GHG inventory with a calculation trail, a GRI report section and an EcoVadis evidence pack. You also keep the work instructions Claude followed, a workflow you can reuse.
What does the certificate mean?
It is issued on assessed work, not attendance. Anyone can check its ID at climatefluent.com/verify. We claim no accreditation.
Whose data do we use?
Your own company's data, redacted, or the Demo Co. case if confidentiality rules that out. We agree this at offer stage.
What tools are needed?
A laptop, Google Meet, Excel or Sheets, and a paid Claude account from Week 2. We tell you which plan before the setup clinic.
Can we get a refund?
Fees are non-refundable. You may defer once to the next cohort at no extra charge, before Week 2 begins.

I would like to join "Applied Sustainability Reporting with Claude, Cohort 1". It runs six weeks from 12 November 2026: Thursday and Sunday, 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm IST.
I would build a GHG inventory, a GRI report section and an EcoVadis evidence pack. That supports [your deliverable or deadline].

5. Invoices
- India. A GST tax invoice. If you give us your employer's GSTIN, it goes on the invoice.
- Outside India. A USD invoice, raised as an export from India. It is paid by payment link, with a processing fee on top.
